The evolution of a programmable LED lit sculpture| In Plume is one of the newest sculptures that are part of the revitialization of Gladstone, MO, an area in northern Kansas City. In Plume was designed and constructed by Jake Balcom, a metal sculptor currently living in Kansas City, and engineered/programmed by Aaron Hosier, a technologist from Lincoln, Nebraska. |
